Get a Library Card
Getting a library card is easy! Our district covers the same area as the Oakwood School District. If you live within the district lines, you may get a card for free. Those out of district may also get a non-resident library card for a fee. Current fees are $85 per family.
To Sign Up for a Card:
1) Stop by the Oakwood Public Library at 110 E. Finley in Oakwood.
2) You will need to bring a photo ID and proof of current physical address (utility bill, check, insurance card, et cetera).
3) Parent or legal guardian must present photo ID and proof of current physical address for cards issued to children under the age of 14.
4) To verify you are in district please check out the map. If you are not in district you will then be a non-resident and you can get a card for $85 a year.
That's all it takes! We hope to see you soon!
